ABOUT THE ROLE  


We’re looking for a Creative Coordinator to bring structure, support, and energy to our busy creative operations team. In this role, you’ll be the organisational backbone of our production and studio processes – keeping schedules on track, managing admin, and helping bring shoots to life.


Day-to-day responsibilities:


Managing team schedules and tracking shoot production expenses.

Booking e-commerce and creative flats shoots in studio

Assisting Producers with location scouting, talent packs, travel booking and catering.

Supporting the production & creative teams with ad hoc errands and prop sourcing.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Highly organised, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable problem-solving in fast-paced situations.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across creative and operational teams.
  • Previous experience in a coordinator, admin, or production support role (creative industry experience is a bonus, but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work in the Geelong office up to 5 days per week, plus supporting with off-site shoots which may be out of hours
