Your Role

You will work with a fast-growing AI technology company that is transforming the future of industrial manufacturing through advanced computer vision and robotics intelligence. Their platform enables industrial robots to see and understand the physical world with human-like accuracy, helping global manufacturers dramatically improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

As a Creative Content Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping how this highly technical product is presented to the world. You will translate complex AI and automation concepts into compelling visual stories that resonate with engineers, plant managers, and enterprise decision-makers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a versatile creative who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning the brand’s visual presence end-to-end.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all creative assets.

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, print materials, and event collateral.

  • Script, edit, and produce short- and long-form video content, including product videos, interviews, webinars, and case studies.

  • Manage and maintain the company website, performing updates through a CMS and ensuring content accuracy and visual quality.

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, adapting creative to platform-specific best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.

  • Analyze engagement and performance data to continuously improve creative output and content strategy.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in creative design, multimedia, or content roles, ideally within B2B tech, AI, SaaS, or industrial environments.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and content best practices.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video/motion work.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
