JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Creative Content Manager to lead the ideation, production, and execution of high-performing TikTok content across our client portfolio. This role blends creativity, strategy, and production management, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, social media innovation, and results-driven marketing. The Creative Content Manager will oversee all creative and technical aspects of content development, ensuring the consistent delivery of engaging, high-quality videos aligned with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Content Production Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the creative and technical aspects of TikTok video production to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.
- Planning & Scheduling: Supervise the development and implementation of video production schedules, posting calendars, and platform engagement strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Pre-Production Management: Manage pre-production planning, including the organization and review of raw footage, scripts, and production materials to support a streamlined editing and post-production process.
- Team & Talent Coordination: Recruit, select, and coordinate cast members, production crew, and other creative personnel; direct and guide them during filming to achieve desired performance and visual standards.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal production teams, managing day-to-day communications, approvals, and feedback loops to ensure alignment on content goals and deliverables.
- Quality Control: Review and approve edits, ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines, production quality standards, and platform-specific requirements.
- Trend & Innovation Monitoring: Evaluate and implement emerging trends and innovations in social media content to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Producing, Film Producing, Film Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in content production, creative direction, or social media management, ideally within a digital agency or social commerce environment.
- Proven experience managing TikTok or other short-form video platforms.
Skills:
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of TikTok trends, aesthetics, and storytelling formats.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding production teams and creative talent.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on deadlines and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in video production workflows, from ideation to post-production review.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
- A passion for social commerce, influencer marketing, and driving measurable content performance.
