WHO WE ARE

You’ve probably already enjoyed some of the strong brands we market as the number one spirits company: Havana Club, Absolut Vodka, and Lillet are just a few of our premium spirits that continue to grow in popularity across Germany. That’s why we are always looking for talented people to support our success – and celebrate it together with us. Today, the global team of the Pernod Ricard Group consists of 19,000 employees across 86 countries, and we are proud of the diversity that defines our teams. We foster an inclusive working environment where everyone is treated equally.

We’re looking for a culturally connected and creatively ambitious Creative Content Manager to shape how Lillet and Ramazzotti show up across Germany. This position is based in Cologne, Germany.

These are your tasks

  • You are passionate about building iconic brands, creating compelling content and turning cultural trends into meaningful consumer experiences.

  • As Creative Content Manager (m/f/d) – Aperitifs, you will shape the creative expression of our iconic brands Lillet and Ramazzotti in Germany, ensuring they remain relevant, distinctive and connected to today's consumers.

  • You will develop and execute integrated campaigns, social-first content and creative activations across multiple consumer touchpoints, bringing our global brand platforms to life in a locally relevant way.

  • Working closely with Brand, Digital, Communications and external agency partners, you will transform strategic objectives into bold ideas, engaging storytelling and memorable brand experiences.

  • You stay connected to cultural trends, consumer insights and emerging creative opportunities, helping our brands stand out across lifestyle, food, fashion, entertainment and social spaces.

  • You will lead creative briefing and agency collaboration, champion creative excellence and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

  • Together with local and international stakeholders, you will continuously identify opportunities to strengthen our brands and maximize campaign impact.

This is your profile

  • You bring several years of experience from a creative, communications or digital agency, or from an in-house brand, content or marketing role.

  • You have a proven track record of developing and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.

  • You are passionate about culture, creativity and storytelling, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, social trends and contemporary culture.

  • You combine creative thinking with strong project management skills and know how to turn insights into impactful ideas and execution.

  • You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, agencies and international teams.

  • Experience within FMCG, premium brands, lifestyle or beverage categories is a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in both German and English completes your profile.
