Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Content Coordinator to join our Internal Communications team on an initial 6-month maximum term contract!

Ready to bring stories to life and make an impact? We’re looking for a Creative Content Coordinator to join our Internal Communications team and help shape how we connect, inspire, and engage our people.

You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, turning ideas into engaging content that resonates, drives connection, and strengthens our culture. If you’re creative, curious, and excited to try new approaches—this is the role for you.

You'll also make an impact by:

  • Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging content such as articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, and infographics.  
  • Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns to promote company initiatives, events, and achievements.  
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across P&C, Marketing, and other departments to ensure messaging consistency and effective communication.   
  • Content Management: Help manage the content production process, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.   
  • Creative Input: Provide creative input and assist in developing visual and written content that reflects our brand identity.   
  • Analytics: Assist in monitoring and analysing content performance metrics to optimise future strategies and improve engagement.   
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the internal communications team as needed.  

Qualifications

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in communications, content creation, marketing, or similar
  • A passion for storytelling with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media, communities, or events
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite or Canva
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • Experience in People & Culture or internal communications
  • Video editing skills
