The Role

We’re looking for a driven, resourceful and hardworking individual who can deliver on-brand creative, collaborate with other team members, and partner with a large and diverse teams! You love to design everything from websites, to print pieces to interactive experiences. You make it your mission to find inspiration, explore new concepts and build work you believe in. As a member of the team you have the ability to influence the trajectory of our creative group directly through various projects.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar

  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant graphic design experience in-house, agency, or freelance setting

  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint), MAC OS, and Windows Operating System

  • Proven portfolio with diverse projects that you enjoy showing off and is often the talk of all your designer friends

  • Additional experience in Web Design, UX, Video/Motion, or Salesforce Community Cloud is a plus

  • Team-based experience either on an in-house design team or agency design team—logo design, marketing collateral creation, internal and external comms, etc.

The Value You Deliver

  • Leading the creative decisions that help drive wins in support of sales and retention goals

  • Working with internal clients to ensure the business objective of the project is clearly articulated and enough detail is available to allow the project to proceed

  • Analyzing and interpreting the business need to drive the creative components of the deal

  • Implementing design collateral, agreed to by the cross-functional team while adhering to timelines and keeping the team informed of progress

  • Innovating with fellow designers and business partners by giving and soliciting feedback to continually set the standard for quality

The Team

We support sales by designing materials that speak to the prospect or client including custom RFP covers, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and other custom crafted pieces. As a Creative Consultant you will work with Account Executives, Product and Services Consultants, Solution Architects, Managing Directors and other business partners to concept and implement client-branded creative and sales collateral.
