Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visually engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Create and edit short-form video content tailored for maximum engagement across digital platforms.
- Craft compelling, on-brand captions and copy that enhance the impact of visual content.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise content calendars aligned with organisational goals and strategic timelines.
- Monitor, engage with, and respond to audience comments and messages to nurture online community growth.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and impact.
- Collaborate with analysts and consultants to design high-impact training materials, reports, concept notes, policy documents, curricula, and thought leadership presentations.
- Co-curate and edit periodic newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Programs team in managing and growing the organisation’s digital communities.
- Conduct research on social impact initiatives, particularly youth development in Africa, to inform strategic communication approaches.
- Contribute to organisational efficiency through timely and accurate administrative support.
- Participate in events, programmes, and team sessions as required to support programme delivery and engagement.
