About the Position

Ox Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production. We eliminate critical, real-time risks from AI code generation through cloud runtime by doing what conventional tools can't: unifying development and cloud context to stop vulnerabilities right at the source. At OX, we're building the future of cybersecurity for the AI era. If you're looking to work on disruptive technology with an amazing team, you belong here.

We're growing fast and looking for a Creative Campaign Manager who can turn big ideas into campaigns people actually notice. This role sits at the intersection of brand, creativity, and growth - you'll be responsible for developing bold, memorable campaign concepts and bringing them to life across channels, from digital and social to events, video, OOH, partnerships, and unconventional brand activations.

We're not looking for someone who simply manages a campaign calendar. We're looking for someone who asks: what can we do that nobody else in our category is doing - and just as importantly, did it work?

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Brand, Content, Growth, Product Marketing, Design, Communications, and Sales, combining strong creative instincts with a performance mindset so our campaigns don't just look great — they create attention, engagement, pipeline, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop big creative campaign ideas that build the brand and make us stand out
  • Own campaigns end-to-end: idea → concept → brief → production → launch → distribution → measurement
  • Turn company priorities, product launches, research, events, and cultural moments into compelling creative campaigns
  • Create integrated campaigns across paid, organic, social, video, OOH, events, partnerships, influencers, PR, and experiential
  • Find unconventional ways to get attention - from guerrilla campaigns and stunts to unique experiences and unexpected partnerships
  • Write strong creative briefs and lead internal and external creative partners from concept through execution
  • Define clear success metrics for every campaign and analyze performance, engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Experiment with new channels, formats, technologies, and AI-powered creative workflows
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in creative campaigns, planning, brand marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, or creative strategy
  • A portfolio of campaigns that demonstrates original thinking and strong execution
  • Exceptional creative instincts — you recognize a great idea and know how to make it better
  • Ability to take an ambiguous business objective and turn it into a compelling creative concept
  • Experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of digital, social, video, events, experiential, and emerging formats
  • Comfortable working with designers, copywriters, agencies, production teams, creators, and other creative partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to take multiple campaigns from idea to execution
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort evaluating campaign performance and ROI

Bonus Points For

  • Experience building campaigns for brands competing in crowded markets
  • Experience with experiential marketing, guerrilla campaigns, OOH, creator/influencer programs, or unconventional brand activations
  • Understanding of demand generation and how brand campaigns contribute to pipeline and revenue
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, production companies, and creative budgets
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for ideation, content creation, production, and campaign optimization
