Job Description

We have a new, exciting opportunity for a Creative Artworker to join our Marketing department at AJ Bell. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer - Team Leader, the Creative Artworker will work with designers to deliver content that’s consistent, within brand guidelines and of a high standard.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking approved creative concepts and preparing them for accurate, high‑quality production across print and digital channels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the literature library to ensure materials are current and accurate.
  • Supporting efficient delivery of projects by managing amendments and versions.
  • Ensuring content used across creative work is accurate, high standard, consistent and signed off in line with our internal processes.
  • Applying brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
  • Ensuring visual consistency across campaigns, channels, and formats.
  • Maintaining attention to detail when working across large volumes of assets.
  • Efficiently preparing, adapting and delivering change, and managing the expectations of stakeholders.
  • Effectively and efficiently liaising with other team members.
  • Organising and maintaining structured artwork files and folders.
  • Supporting the maintenance of asset libraries.
  • Supporting and enabling the business to achieve its regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least three years of experience in graphic design.
  • Working experience and use of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
  • A graphic design degree-level professional qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Understanding of colour management and image preparation.
  • Experience in working with a wide range of media, including photography, illustration and page layouts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly organised approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage repetitive or high‑volume tasks without loss of quality.
