OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our growing Design team. Reporting to the Senior Creative Lead, and working closely with 2 Digital Designers, and the wider ‘Design & Analysis’ team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visuals adhering to our brand guidelines.

This is a creative role that would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured design systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across a variety of digital platforms. This should demonstrate technical proficiency, creative thinking, and an understanding of visual storytelling.

While a passion for football is a bonus, the core of this role is about collaboration, accurate execution, consistency, and bringing creative concepts to life in their final, deliverable form.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and adapt creative assets for both digital and print platforms, using existing templates and brand styles.

  • Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Prepare and export digital files in the correct format, resolution, and technical specifications.

  • Implement feedback and design amendments promptly and accurately.

  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all artwork is error-free and ready for delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure assets meet both creative goals and technical requirements.

  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Maintain organized file structures and version control across all projects.

  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and industry standards.

  • Bring a creative mindset to the team—someone who enjoys challenging norms, pushing design boundaries, and continuously improving the visual output.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related design discipline.

  • 3+ years of solid creative experience producing digital assets such as social media graphics, presentations visuals, and other on-screen formats.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro being a plus.

  • An exceptional eye for pixel-perfect alignment, consistency, and on-brand execution across all screen-based assets.

  • Confident working within established visual templates and brand guidelines.

  • Strong layout design skills, ability to design clean, visually engaging layouts using inDesign.

  • Strong understanding of correct formatting, resolution, file sizes, colour modes and export settings for web, mobile, social platforms and presentations.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple digital asset requests at once while delivering high-quality work within fast turnaround times.

  • A true team player who collaborates effectively, communicates openly, and contributes positively to the broader team (Design & Analysis).

  • Taking feedback constructively and implementing changes efficiently.

  • Maintains a structured approach to file naming, version control, and asset management for digital workflows.

  • A proactive and dependable team player who is always willing to help others, support the wider team, and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with motion graphics: Knowledge of Adobe After Effects/ Premiere Pro to support animated and video editing digital assets .

  • Presentation Design Experience using PowerPoint and inDesign.

  • Additional language skills (e.g. Italian / German / Spanish / Portuguese / French).

  • Football or Sports Industry Familiarity.

  • Experience in Fast-Paced Environments.
