  • Monitor engagement, website traffic, campaign responses, and other relevant measures; use results to improve content and recommend where to invest effort and budget.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Partner with Human Resources on employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and employee stories, and with sales and operations on client-facing materials.
  • Manage creative requests, production schedules, vendor relationships, and assigned budgets; communicate priorities and resolve competing deadlines.
  • Support executive storytelling, industry events, and company announcements with timely creative and digital materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, visual judgment, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creative direction with daily production and manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in foodservice, hospitality, education, consumer brands, manufacturing, or another business with multiple locations.
  • Experience photographing food, producing short-form video, supporting employer branding, and enabling local teams to contribute content.
  • Experience with SEO, paid social, email marketing, agency management, and responsible use of AI-assisted creative tools with human review.
