To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years demonstrably leading CRM projects, including experience with system integrations.
- Technical Expertise: An in-depth understanding of the CRM platform and best practices, with at least 10,000 hours of implementation experience.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written, verbal, and online communication skills that enable you to clearly and effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Certified Professional: A valid Creatio CRM Developer Certification is mandatory.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven leadership skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute tactical plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Educational Background: A degree in software engineering, IT, or a similar field is preferred.
- Active Community Involvement: Active participation in the CRM community through blogs, webinars, or other relevant forums.
