In this role you'll
- Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing large, complex commercial real estate relationships.
- Build strong client relationships and actively market a broad range of banking solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions within established lending authority.
- Prepare and present credit analyses and lending recommendations for borrowing requests.
- Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and underwriting standards.
- Perform ongoing credit risk management through active portfolio monitoring and accurate risk rating assessments.
- Monitor commercial real estate credits through periodic reviews and financial analysis.
- Promote awareness of the Bank and its services through community involvement and professional networking.
- Coach and mentor less experienced CRE Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers.
- Comply with all Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable government regulations.
What we're looking for
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- You have 6 or more years of experience in commercial real estate lending, credit analysis, and business development (Required).
