JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Oversees the daily operations of a Centerstone Recovery Center (CRC), a 21-30 day recovery-focused residential treatment program for adults with Substance Use Disorders. Oversees recovery environment to ensure client care and safety; coordination and clinical supervision of multi-disciplinary care team; program oversight of care from resident admission to transition planning; oversight of program schedule services and activities, implements evidence-based protocols, and maintains compliance with residential policies and procedures as well as providing daily supervision for on-site CRC staff. Provide community relations and communication with internal and external with referral resources and CRC admissions care coordinators. Oversee program budget and revenues. Oversee communication of Continuing ASAM, and appeal letters concerning insurance denial.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervisory Responsibilities for: Therapist, Recovery Coaches, Recovery Specialist, Peer Recovery Specialists, and Nursing staff.
- Provide strong leadership and oversight of the CRC program.
- Observe and document client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan; assist clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client’s medical and health care needs.
- Assist in implementation of agency programs as specified by supervisor.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the environment. Follow agency protocols in emergencies, assisting in monthly fire and tornado drills.
- Ensure facility retention rate 80%
- Ensure facility meets 400 hrs. of care target monthly
- Ensure that Therapist, Nursing, Recovery Coach and other staff meet their monthly KPIs
- Ensures supervised program meets productivity standards.
- ANSA and ASAM assessments and reassessments completed on time for clients in program supervised.
- Clinical documentation, including treatment plans, for clients served completed in a timely fashion, according to organizational standards.
- Compliant with safety and accreditation standards for facility managed.
- Compliance with annual completion of staff annual performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Minimum of a bachelor degree in social services required. Master degree in social service and licensed eligible preferred.
Years of Experience
Preferred minimum five years of supervisory experience. Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with substance use/co-occurring disorders.
