Job Summary**
Primoris Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated Craft Recruiter to join our team in Sherman, TX. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel for various energy services projects, ensuring the timely and efficient placement of qualified individuals.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier craft talent, including pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators, and other skilled trades.
* Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, industry contacts, vocational schools, and community outreach programs.
* Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
* Collaborate closely with project managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and project timelines.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes.
* Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts to selected candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Represent Primoris Services Corporation at career fairs and recruitment events.
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in craft recruitment.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Job Qualifications**
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in craft recruitment, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals.
* Strong understanding of various craft roles and their associated skill sets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed for recruitment events.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
