Job Summary:**
Primoris Energy Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Craft Recruiter to join our team in Deer Park, TX. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel, ensuring the timely and efficient staffing of various energy construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top craft talent, including pipefitters, welders, electricians, heavy equipment operators, and other skilled trades.
* Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and project leadership.
* Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
* Facilitate the pre-employment process, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.
* Attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote Primoris Energy Services as an employer of choice.
* Collaborate with HR and project teams to understand staffing needs and project timelines.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in full-cycle craft recruiting, preferably within the energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
* Proven ability to source, screen, and attract skilled craft professionals.
* Strong understanding of various craft trades and associated skill sets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Ability to travel locally and regionally for recruitment events as needed.
