JOB SUMMARY:
This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience and building strong people practices across the Plant by supporting culture, capability development, and the execution of People & Culture strategies. Working closely with managers, supervisors, and employees, the position provides day-to-day HR support, helps resolve people-related needs, and brings a stronger data mindset to payroll, personnel administration, training, and people analytics in order to improve decision-making, workforce visibility, and the overall impact of the People & Culture function.
What You’ll Do for Us
• Support managers, supervisors, and employees on day-to-day People & Culture needs within the Plant
• Execute core P&C processes related to payroll, personnel administration, and employee records with accuracy and discipline
• Use people data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and improve workforce visibility
• Support business decision-making by translating people data into clear and actionable information
• Help ensure People & Culture processes are implemented consistently and effectively at site level
• Contribute to a positive employee experience by combining strong service, process follow-up, and analytical thinking
• Follow up and suggest proactive initiatives regarding the results received from environment surveys (Pulse Survey, Culture & Growth Engagement survey).
• Support the P&C Manager on OPEX Analisys & Control and recommend possible mitigation actions.
• Promote Networked Initiatives across plants
• Management of P&C Information Systems and interfaces and reporting to internal and external agencies/authorities.
• Work in collaboration with Operational Excellence area to coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Process documentation. Review, keep and Maintain P&C Documents updated and according to TCCC Requirement
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Data Analytics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Payroll Administration, Personnel Administration, or similar roles.
Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced operational or industrial environment is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with people data, identify trends, and turn information into useful insights.
Knowledge of payroll, personnel administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple processes at the same time.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both employees and leaders.
Confidence working with HR systems or data tools; knowledge of Workday, SAP, or Power BI is a plus
