The Sales Solutions Specialist will heavily own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our revenue generation and services execution applications. This professional acts as the primary functional expert for Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). The core objective is ensuring that product catalogs, pricing models, quote structures, billing data, and project tracking flows seamlessly, while maintaining integration checkpoints with HubSpot, NetSuite, and downstream reporting tools.
Core CPQ, RCA, & Certinia Responsibilities
Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Management
- Own the product catalog architecture, configuring complex bundles, option constraints, features, and configuration attributes.
- Implement and maintain intricate pricing structures, including block pricing, tier-based discount schedules, contract pricing, and Advanced Pricing Rules.
- Build and optimize dynamic Quote Templates and Guided Selling flows to streamline the sales rep experience.
- Manage the subscription lifecycle, configuration of amendments, co-terming logic, and automated renewals.Support migration and upgrade initiatives from legacy Salesforce CPQ configurations to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) frameworks.
Certinia Administration (PS Cloud / PSA/Professional Services)
- Administer Certinia PS Cloud modules, heavily owning the configuration of projects, milestones, resource management, and time/expense tracking.
- Configure and govern billing engines and revenue recognition schedules to ensure smooth financial close processes.
- Manage resource requests, skills matrices, and utilization analytics to optimize professional services delivery.
- Maintain and govern financial data integrity, managing multicurrency exchange rates, ledger settings, and cross-object mappings.
Integrated Systems & Analytics Support
- Support the Salesforce-to-NetSuite pipeline (via Workato), ensuring finalized CPQ quotes and Certinia project billing data map correctly to NetSuite Sales Orders and Invoices.
- Monitor data sync health between HubSpot and Salesforce to guarantee clean lead-to-opportunity conversions.
- Build cross-functional dashboards in Salesforce Reports or external BI systems (Tableau/PowerBI) to track core metrics like Recurring Revenue (CPQ/RCA) and Resource Utilization (Certinia).
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration with heavy, dedicated focus on CPQ and Certinia PSA architectures.
- CPQ/RCA Technical Depth: Deep understanding of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud data model, quote-to-order lifecycles, and subscription logic.
- Certinia Technical Depth: Hands-on experience configuring Certinia PSA core objects, project hierarchies, and billing rules.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Foundational understanding of how data passes between HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite (experience with Workato is a plus).

Skills Required
