Objective of the position:

Provide operational support to the TT/G4 organization while ensuring full compliance with Procurement Guidelines and procedures to secure the most competitive options for the company. Mentor and train CPO Analysts and Agents to strengthen team capability and performance. Lead a designated Purchasing TT/G4 group, proactively escalating urgent topics to the Manager (E5) to ensure timely resolution and excellent customer support. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing process and system gaps.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

  • preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
  •  Negotiation skills, interpretation/ understanding of techincal drawings/specs.
  •  Negotiation with suppliers (Quoting + negotiation experience) is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, cbFC module.
  • English level: B2

Main Functions: Bachelor's degree in Supply and Logistics Management or Business Administration; OR an associate's degree 

  • Support TP/G4 Front Office buyers with Requisitions, RfQs, Quote comparisons, contract creation for new parts, ANP or Raw Material updates, and documentation in relevant systems
  • Process Expert/Key account for specific CPO task determined by CPO Manager. Act as mentor for team members
  • Create reports and presentations for different commodities:
  • Support of internal and external customers, correspondence, deadline tracking and monitoring for the procurement department.,
  • Execute specific requests, e.g. RM weight validation, ANP Support, etc
  • Master data maintenance and data evaluations
  • Support identification and realization of continuous improvement measures.
  • Support on supplier code creation and eDocs registration, ECF..
  • Proactively support on tooling hand-off, clear GR errors/ Price discrepancies, requisitions management.
