We are offering a unique opportunity for a Manager with a background in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Data & Digital Services (DDS) Consulting Practice. This position will be directly involved with relationship management and onsite client projects with a specific emphasis on OneStream, part of our rapidly growing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice.
This Consultant will execute end-to-end implementations from system design through implementation and support. In addition to technical skills required, the role includes pre-sales/sales support, oversight/development of staff, project management, and effective communication to internal leadership and client points of contact.
The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success. They will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail-oriented, and interested in learning their clients' business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional with a strong background in Accounting/Finance, ideally consulting/project management and experience with OneStream. Other middle-market CPM tools – notably Workday Adaptive Planning and Oracle EPM – to implement and support would be considered.
Responsibilities:

Participate in all client delivery activities within assigned accounts

Conduct training and prototype sessions
-
Develop and present design documents based on their requirement to clients and manage the design of their CPM implementation.

Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, budgets and work with project team through CPM implementations

Serve as technical expert in business development activities assisting with thought leadership, pipeline generation, project scoping, proposals, and contracting

Lead practice development initiatives in alignment with firm and DDS practice strategy

Drive financial growth and talent development within the practice

Oversight and management of strategic business partnerships
Basic Qualifications:

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
-
8+ years of experience in OneStream
-
8+ years of experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting/consolidation
-
Consulting or Professional Services firm experience is preferred with previous pre-sales/sales experience
-
Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
-
Strong project and time management skills
-
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Able and willing to travel at approximately 35% of the time

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $103,300 - $207,400
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
