What this roles is all about
Help businesses connect with people around the world and work on the technical services that make it possible.
Infobip’s CPaaS Registration team delivers technical services that support messaging registration, number setup, and ongoing maintenance. As a CPaaS Registration Junior Engineer, you’ll work with customers, mobile network operators (MNOs), suppliers, and internal teams to deliver these services accurately and on time. You’ll continue building your expertise in global traffic registration, including sender (alpha and numeric) testing and setup, troubleshooting, and contributing to improvements in our tools and processes.
What you’ll do
- Maintain Infobip’s sender database and process customer sender registration requests with MNOs and suppliers.
- Support region-specific and product-specific registration processes, including registrations for WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, LINE, Rich Content SMS, Mobile Identity, and Google Business Messages.
- Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical point of contact for registration matters.
- Order numbers for customers when they are not already available through the Infobip Portal, following established procedures with contracted suppliers.
- Test newly acquired numbers by verifying that messages can be sent and received successfully, then adding tested numbers to the database so they can be made available to customers.
- Set up numbers for customers using specialized tools, including configuring how incoming replies are handled in two-way messaging scenarios.
- Troubleshoot alphanumeric and numeric senders, as well as one-way and two-way messaging setup issues.
- Respond to inquiries and guide internal and external stakeholders through registration and number-related processes.
- Document technical procedures, best practices, and information about services, regulations, and network requirements.
- Work with developers to improve tools by reporting bugs, testing fixes, and sharing ideas for process improvements.
- Keep up to date with changes to procedures and work processes and apply them carefully to maintain service quality.
- Build strong working relationships with MNOs, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Participate in training and continue developing your knowledge of technical processes and tools.

- You have a keen eye for detail and are comfortable working with data across different tools, interfaces, or databases.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers, partners, and colleagues understand technical processes.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role is an advantage but not required.
- You take ownership of customer requests and technical issues, from investigating root causes to coordinating with other teams and following up through resolution.
