ABOUT THE POSITION
Courier Partnerships Manager at BURGA isn’t just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the engine that keeps our products moving. You’ll play a key role in managing both the flow of goods into the business and the accuracy of what’s inside our warehouses. From coordinating global deliveries to optimizing inventory levels and leading a cross-functional team—this role is all about balance, precision, and smart planning.
Your Role: you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with courier partners to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable delivery operations. You’ll be responsible for selecting, negotiating, and optimizing courier partnerships that support our international logistics network and elevate the customer delivery experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and grow courier partnerships, identify, select, and negotiate with courier providers to ensure optimal performance, cost, and service coverage
- Monitor courier performance, track key metrics such as delivery accuracy, on-time rates, and customer feedback, and take action to resolve any issues
- Optimize shipping costs and efficiency by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to reduce costs and enhance delivery speed
- Ensure smooth operations, coordinate shipments with warehouses and fulfillment teams, ensuring on-time pick-ups and seamless order tracking
- Drive continuous improvement, collaborate with partners to enhance processes, adopt new technologies, and strengthen service quality
- Ensure compliance, maintain adherence to local and international shipping regulations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years in logistic management, ideally with DTC deliveries (direct to client)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Data-driven and detail-oriented
- Thrive in a dynamic environment
SALARY: 2976 - 3637 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
