Glovo is building the future of cities by allowing everyone to get any item from any store within 60 minutes. Our goal is to provide on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers)
  • Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers
  • Solve problems and provide support to Glovers
  • Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers
  • Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
  • Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis
  • Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations

You should have:

  • Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
  • High motivation to work in a fast-growing startup
  • An analytical mindset
  • Excel skills
  • Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees
  • Good energy and love what you do, even on bad days
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
