Transport mail, work, stock and non-stock items. Responsible for stockroom orders. Provides back up coverage for mailroom, ATM, Night Drop and Commercial drawer inspections and supports general facility upkeep. Performs routine fleet vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
DUTIES, SCOPE, RESPONSIBLIITIES & AUTHORITY:
Responsible for compliance with all banking regulations that are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
Must be flexible with adjusting work schedule for projects and for department coverage.
Provides additional assistance with projects and others duties as assigned.
Reports to and takes work direction from the Operations Department Manager, Assistant Manager and Facilities Manager.
Preferred QualificationsRequires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to use and operate an automobile, postage machine, computer, printer, copier and ATM.
