- Own and validate integration strategy with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), middleware, and third-party applications.
- Provide design authority for workflows, data models, approval chains, supplier enablement, and configuration elements.
- Drive overall technical delivery across multiple Coupa modules and workstreams.
- Collaborate with business and functional leads to gather requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
- Review technical builds, configuration, enhancements, and extensions to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Manage and guide vendor teams, offshore teams, and internal development groups.
- Architect end-to-end integrations using Coupa APIs, cXML, SFTP, Web Services and middleware tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Oversee data migration strategy, mapping, extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure automation, error-handling, and monitoring frameworks are implemented effectively.
- Interface with senior stakeholders to provide architectural guidance, roadmap planning, and strategic recommendations.

- 10+ years of in-depth hands-on experience in Coupa (minimum 2–3 full-cycle implementations).
- Strong understanding of Coupa modules: P2P, Sourcing, Contracts, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Portal.
- Expertise in Coupa integrations: REST APIs, cXML, flat-file integrations, SFTP, middleware platforms.
- Strong command over ERP integration flows (SAP/Oracle/Workday).
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier networks, master data, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in workflow design, custom fields, approval chains, and configuration logic.
- Ability to design enterprise-level procurement and spend management architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for large-scale global deployments.
- Experience leading multi-module, multi-geography implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
