DescriptionThis role will be an experienced Coupa maintenance and support engineer who will deliver high quality, reliable results as a member of an integrated team spanning SAP S4HANA Cloud ERP and middleware. This position is results-oriented and must bring innovative approaches to Verily’s system platforms through best practices, outside-the-box thinking and custom integration developments meeting business targets. This role is pivotal in maintaining the consistency of financial and procurement data across all integrated ERP systems, enabling compliant and efficient business operations.
This role is responsible for addressing Coupa related tickets, cross functional support for integration issues, new Coupa entity creations and delivering enhancements through native Coupa functionality or middleware integrations. They are expected to be a valued member to the team providing support and guidance to internal team members and business partners with their ideas, attention to detail, training and experiences working in Coupa.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily Coupa operations by handling tickets, troubleshooting integrations, and performing master data maintenance to ensure seamless transactions and data integrity.
Drive continuous improvement by leading Coupa release activities, conducting impact and risk analysis, and identifying new functionalities to add value to business processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for training, testing, and functional specifications to support new solutions and ensure a smooth user experience.
Lead all testing efforts including unit, regression, and cross-functional testing, while also supporting and troubleshooting integration errors.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and business stakeholders to deliver new functionalities, provide training, and manage scheduled releases.
Minimum Qualifications
BS Degree, Computer Science degree preferred with 5+ years experience in working with Coupa Cloud products.
Demonstrated success in leading large complex projects through completion across multiple partners and teams.
Knowledge of Coupa best practices and standardized purchasing business processes.
A track record of working collaboratively and productively with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Coupa training course certifications.
Coupa Implementation experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,000 - $155,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
