Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The County Supervisor oversees and manages daily operations of a team of behavioral health care professionals in a community setting. Responsibilities include guidance, supervision, performance management, and support to employees. The county supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality care, compliance, and best practices.

The pay range for this position is based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

  • Unlicensed: $48,596.66 - $58,451.92
  • Dependently Licensed: $52,609.67 - $63,282.33
  • Independently Licensed: $66, 174.73 - $79, 175.95

Essential Functions:
• Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned service area and programs
• Supervises and coordinates staff activities including but not limited to trainings, team meetings, interdepartmental communication
• Assigns caseloads and duties to assigned staff
• Continuous audit of utilization reports and client charts for accuracy and quality of service
• Monitor and evaluate productivity requirements of direct reports
• Responsible for performance management, recruitment, onboarding and team development including but limited to implementing progressive discipline when necessary
• Responsible for adherence by direct reports of all agency policy and procedures
• Adhere to all local, state and federal guidelines pertaining to HIPAA privacy standards and laws
• May provide license supervision and oversight of care plans
• Consults on assessment and coordination of services to individuals and families
• Maintains accurate and proper supervision documentation
• Supports community partnerships within service area
• Cross-collaboration with all programs and departments within ISBH as needed
• Use trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches in all client and team interactions
• Provides office/caseload coverage and intake as needed
• Utilizes databases and Electronic Health Record systems for accurate client documentation
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelines
• Travel within designated service area
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure:

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required
• A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, business, public administration, healthcare administration, or another related field is preferred
Experience:
• 3 years of direct relevant experience in healthcare, behavioral health or related fieldis required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and trauma-informed practices preferred
• Experience with multi-need individuals/families is required
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
• Knowledge of community service systems is required
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is required
• Advanced organizational skills are required
• Knowledge of all local, state and federal guidelines pertaining to HIPAA privacy standards and laws is required
• Ability to maintain confidential information is required
• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
• An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
• Ability to use a personal vehicle or company vehicle to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings when needed
• Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
• Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
• Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection is required
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is required
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required
