Job Purpose:
As a Country Success Manager – AWS, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of cloud programs and initiatives at a country level. You will ensure that local teams, partners and stakeholders are fully enabled to implement and scale AWS-related strategies effectively.
You will act as the key interface between the central European team and the country, ensuring alignment, governance and operational excellence across programs, incentives, resources and internal tools.
Your mission is to make each country successful in deploying and running AWS initiatives consistently and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Drive the successful rollout and execution of AWS programs and initiatives at country level, ensuring alignment with European strategy
Act as the main point of contact between the country and the central European team, ensuring clear communication, alignment and feedback loops
Ensure effective adoption and execution of partner programs, best practices and go-to-market initiatives locally
Manage and optimize incentive programs, ensuring proper understanding, tracking and execution at country level
Coordinate and align local resources (sales, pre-sales, marketing, operations) to support program execution and growth
Monitor country performance against key KPIs, identifying gaps and defining corrective action plans
Ensure all internal platforms, tools and systems are properly implemented, adopted and functioning correctly within the country
Act as owner of operational excellence, ensuring processes, tools and reporting are consistent and compliant with central guidelines
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs, tools and workflows
Support local teams with guidance, enablement and best practices to improve execution and efficiency
Provide structured feedback and insights to the European team based on country execution and market realities
Ensure proper governance, reporting and visibility of activities, pipeline and results in internal systems
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in program management, operations, customer success or business management within the IT or cloud ecosystem
Strong understanding of AWS or hyperscaler environments, ideally in a multi-country or regional context
Experience working in matrix organizations, coordinating central and local teams across different geographies
Solid experience managing partner programs, incentives and go-to-market execution
Strong operational mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to monitor performance and define actionable improvements
Experience in managing internal tools, platforms and reporting systems adoption
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), with the ability to influence both local and central stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and priorities
Highly organized, with strong project and time management capabilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural and matrixed environment
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
