Our client is a well-established provider of industrial packaging and automation solutions with a strong presence across the GCC.
As part of its expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking a commercially driven Country Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key market while benefiting from the support, expertise, and infrastructure of an established regional business.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the commercial growth strategy for Saudi Arabia
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries
Build and manage relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders
Grow existing accounts while expanding market presence
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity
Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior leadership
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market
Experience within packaging, industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors
Proven track record of developing new business and managing key accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
