Key Responsibilities
Pro-activity, partnership and pushing for success
Are key words for our sales force. We focus on results and revenue but do things the right way: with respect for client needs, project economics, and our ISO‑certified procedures.
We need you to draft and deliver personally on the sales activities for Combineering in Italy (in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager in Italy and other colleagues) as well as drive a commercial culture. You will be:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the waste, recycling, and circular economy space
- Actively hunting for new customers, projects, and partnerships
- Driving the full commercial process — from first contact to signed agreement
- Ensuring projects are commercially sound and aligned with customer requirement
- Optimizing value chains with your sales colleagues, where excess resources from industries can be used across countries – primarily in Europe
As Country Sales Manager, you will be the key account manager towards your share of the Italian Waste-to-Energy facilities and industrial clients. You can look forward to developing solutions for industries such as building material and product industries, pharmaceuticals, alternative energy sources and food and beverages.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
To sell yourself to us…
No sand in the desert here. Only documented solutions to happy customers. We therefore need you to have a solid sales background with a proven record of creating long term sales within the waste industry. You know how to create excitement, build business relationships and deliver results, without ever compromising our technical credibility. As well as:
- Have in-depth understanding of the waste sector from at least 5-10 years in the waste industry
- Business level Italian & English, both written and spoken, You must be comfortable to negotiate in both languages.
- Enjoy working with other profiles such as researchers and shipping employees, as well as your sales colleagues
- Are results-driven, self-motivating and enjoy working with international sales colleagues across countries
- Are ready to work from home – and live in Northern Italy?
