Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify key growth opportunities within the TIC sector and develop strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team capable of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the sales team and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the sales organization.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the TIC industry.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the TIC industry.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- least 5-7 years of experience in TIC industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and strong business acumen.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
