Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within the TIC sector and develop strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team capable of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for the sales team and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the sales organization.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the TIC industry.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the TIC industry.
  • Develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and revenue streams.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. least 5-7 years of experience in TIC industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and strong business acumen.
  6. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
