What You’ll Do

  • Take charge of driving Frost & Sullivan’s growth, profitability, and strategic direction in Indonesia.
  • Lead business development initiatives, leveraging your network to open doors and build strong relationships with top decision-makers.
  • Shape and execute our local market strategy, positioning Frost & Sullivan as a trusted growth partner.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms, amplifying our brand presence.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing local team that delivers impactful consulting and advisory projects.
  • Oversee the operations and business functions — ensuring smooth coordination across finance, HR, and compliance.

What You Bring

  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of building or growing a business.
  • Established networks and credibility within the Indonesia market.
  • Proven experience in consulting, business development, or sales leadership (15+years).
  • The ability to initiate and nurture C-suite relationships and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a strong appreciation of local business culture.
