CarOnSale is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager - Italy & Spain (m/f/d) to be based with our team in Berlin.
Your task:
- Oversee vehicle processing on the platform
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance customer experience
- Manage stand fees, reminders and transport bookings
- Coordinate and send reminders for self-collection
- You act as the primary point of contact for our customers for questions relating to document shipping
- Business Fluent to Native Level (C1 or C2) in Italian and Spanish and proficiency in English are a requirement (German is a plus)
- You are independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving orientated and data-driven
- You have a strong social and empathetic thinking and excellent communication skills
- You have already gained some experience in working with CRM systems to process customer enquiries (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshdesk)
- Ideally you have experiences in processing in the automotive industry (e.g. car dealership or auction platform)
- You are located in Berlin or you are willing to relocate to Berlin
