The Role

We're looking for a Director of Consumer Marketing with deep growth expertise. The ideal candidate understands how to drive measurable, sustainable user growth — through organic channels like product-led growth and lifecycle marketing, as well as paid acquisition across SEM, social, and emerging platforms. You'll lead a broad consumer marketing function, but growth is the lens through which we expect you to approach everything.

You’ll own consumer marketing for Vietnam, leading everything from product-led growth and lifecycle marketing to large-scale paid acquisition across SEM, social, and emerging channels like TikTok. You’ll also translate product innovation into sharp go-to-market strategies that win in a competitive proptech market. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the strategy, get into the data, optimize the funnel, and build a team that moves fast.

As a Guru you will be accountable for:

Consumer Growth

  • Own the full consumer growth engine: acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build and scale paid marketing across SEM/Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and app install campaigns.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, product-led growth loops, and ASO.
  • Support lifecycle marketing (LCM)—design and optimize email, push, in-app, and cross-channel journeys that move users through the funnel.
  • Set up and run a rigorous experimentation and A/B testing program to continuously improve conversion and retention.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing spend to business outcomes (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback periods).

Product Marketing

  • Translate product features and launches into compelling value propositions for Vietnamese consumers.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for new products and features—positioning, messaging, launch plans.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to influence the roadmap based on market and user insights.
  • Localize and adapt group-level product marketing for the Vietnam market.

Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing consumer marketing team—hire well, develop talent, move fast.
  • Partner with sales, product, and regional marketing to align on priorities and share learnings.
  • Manage budgets with a performance mindset—every dollar should have a measurable return.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven years in consumer/growth marketing, ideally in tech, marketplace, or proptech.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in paid acquisition (SEM, social, TikTok, app installs) and organic growth (SEO, PLG, content, ASO).
  • Strong track record building and scaling lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Data-obsessed—comfortable with attribution models, cohort analysis, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience leading and growing marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluent understanding of the Vietnam digital and proptech landscape.
  • Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
