Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem.
- Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with regional direction in Electronic Security.
- Represent company at trade shows and industry events.
- Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
- Identify, develop and close large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals.
- Recruit, onboard and manage distributors.
- Drive partner enablement programs and joint business planning.
- Cashflow responsibility for South Korea (both sell-in and sell-out).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Develop lighthouse reference projects.
- Conduct competitive analysis .
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
- Provide quarterly business reviews.
- Deliver clear risk/opportunity analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
- 5 - 8 years in the electronic security industry at the Managerial level.
- Experience working with regional or global security brands.
- Strong network in the security industry on the South Korea market.
- Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
- Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
