Scope of the Role:Reporting to the MENAT Director, We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to lead our expansion in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal leadership position requires you to define and implement our country strategy, cultivate crucial partnerships, guarantee operational excellence, and manage a top-tier team. What You'll Do- Shape the Future: Partner with our senior leadership to create and implement the strategy for Saudi Arabia, ensuring it aligns with our global goals.
- Drive Operations: Build and manage the operational infrastructure necessary to support our business growth, continuously optimizing our payment processes to boost efficiency and conversion rates.
- Forge Key Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and negotiate strategic relationships with SAMA,banks, acquirers, payment processors, and other key stakeholders to unlock new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate and Align: Work closely with our expansion, product, technology, and legal teams to align on roadmaps and ensure seamless integration of partnerships.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use data and market insights to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with our legal and compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to all local laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes.
- Represent Our Brand: Build and maintain a strong professional network, actively participating in industry events and organizations to enhance our brand presence in the market.
What You'll Need
- Location: Must be based in Riyadh;
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory;
