WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Markets team leads the change when it comes to geographical expansion. As the Country Manager for the Portugal you will:
- Become our face in the Portuguese Market - by taking part in public interviews, speaking with regulators and convincing thought leaders on our behalf
- Be in charge of building high quality and high impact relationships: press, influencers, affiliates, growth partners, public authorities, or any ad hoc local needs
- Identify and introduce relevant local partners to contribute to user acquisition and engagement in Portugal through multi-channel growth campaigns in cooperation with our central teams
- Identify and funnel back the local product needs to the rest of the company and ensure the cultural and linguistic relevance of our overall growth set up
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have 5+ years of commercial or development experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / scale-up, private or investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A)
- You are an outstanding communicator with a taste for Social Media and prior experience with the Portuguese press and public affairs management
- You are passionate about banking or investment topics and have a deep understanding of the Portuguese retail investing market and the relevant regulations
- You are hands-on, relentless, set ambitious goals, handle high workloads and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously to create the best outcome possible

Skills Required
- 5+ years of commercial or development experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, scale-up, private or investment bank, strategy consultancy, or M&A
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience with social media
