We are looking for an experienced Country Manager Netherlands to lead and grow our Dutch business.
As the most senior leader in the country, you will have full responsibility for business performance, combining strategic leadership, commercial excellence, and organizational development to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
You will work closely with regional leadership while leading local commercial and service teams, ensuring strong execution of strategy and exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Business Leadership
Define and execute the Netherlands growth strategy in alignment with regional priorities
Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive advantages
Lead strategic planning and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives
Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Commercial & Financial Management
Own the full P&L, including revenue, profitability, and overall business performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Drive commercial excellence across sales and service teams
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
Support pricing, margin improvement, and growth initiatives
Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional organization
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Attract, develop, and retain top talent
Lead organizational and business transformation initiatives where needed
Stakeholder Management
Represent the company in the Dutch market with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Build strong relationships with regional and global teams
Ensure alignment between local execution and broader organizational objectives
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leading commercial organizations with full business responsibility
Strong track record in B2B environments, ideally within industrial, technical, service, or professional sectors
Experience managing P&L and delivering profitable growth
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
Experience in business transformation, organizational development, or change management is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent Dutch and English
