What you´ll do
- You will build and manage highly ambitious performing country team.
- You will have an overview of the country and manage Marketing, Logistics, Operations, CS, etc.
- You will manage the P&L and steer growth.
- You will have a strategic view on the country and tailoring the strategy to ensure becoming the market leader.
- You will analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the market rapidly.
- You will identify, build value case, analyses and reports regarding growth initiatives that contribute to significant sales.
- You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in Colombia.
- You will be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels to identifying new product strategy.
- You will test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
- You will think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
- You will take ownership of new growth projects within Colombian market.
- You will build and lead your own team of business developers and marketers.
What you'll bring to us
- You have successfully completed your studies bachelor (or masters) in a relevant course with strong achievements.
- You have experience in business development, consulting, sales, or marketing preferably within a start/scale-up environment.
- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner.
- You are fascinated by fast scalable business models.
- You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have an affinity for numbers, and communicate with a confident demeanor.
- You can show good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel).
- You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist.
- You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team.
- You are curious and hungry to learn. You are relentless in pursuit of growth.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree (or Master's) in a relevant field
- Experience in business development, consulting, sales, or marketing
- Experience within a start/scale-up environment
- P&L ownership and steering market growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Affinity for numbers and confident communicator
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
