Position Summary

As a Country HR Controller, you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for policy development and management of all payroll related functions to ensure proper set-up, processing, and generation of the company payroll. You will be called also to develop and direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

Your Role

  • Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs.
  • Develop and recommends benefits programs, salary policy lines, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, stock options, and other special payment plans for specific segments of the employee population.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommends modification to reduce costs and improve delivery.
  • Participate in negotiation of agreements with insurance carriers and financial institutions for administration of benefits programs and provides technical backup to union negotiations on benefits matters.
  • Assure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
  • Assure proper evaluation of jobs through senior levels.
  • Counsel managers on individual salary treatment for benefits programs, such as insurance plans, paid time off, bonus pay, and special employer-sponsored activities.
  • Responsible for company’s payroll policy development and set-up.
  • Coordinate the processing of payroll data
  • Communicate with employees with regards to individual salary and deduction considerations.
  • Create analytical reports for country and regional management.
  • Establish expertise in the field and provides counsel and advisory to management.

Your Background

  • Bac+5 in Management, Finance, Human Resources, Data or related fields
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a multinational company.
  • Leadership skills and transversal management ;
  • Conflict & Complexity Management are highly required
  • Sense of urgency and priority setting ;
  • Reporting and analysis and problem-solving techniques;
