With a strong footprint across Africa and Asia, it specializes in 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, tires, batteries, and related products. Its distribution network currently exports to 12 countries in Africa and Asia



Job Overview

We are seeking a Country Head to lead and expand our 3-wheeler business operations across Ghana. This is a strategic leadership role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and strong business development capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and appoint a local business partner for 3-wheeler operations in Ghana.
  • Lead and support the partner in setting up and expanding the 3-wheeler distribution network.
  • Drive market penetration and brand visibility across key regions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade and business regulations.



Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (Master’s in Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the 3-wheeler industry.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver targets.
  • Multilingual skills and cultural adaptability are a strong plus.


Skills Required
