Ferratum, part of Multitude SE, is a leading digital consumer lending provider offering fast and flexible mobile financial solutions. Founded in 2005 in Finland, it operates in 13 countries, primarily in Europe. Using a proprietary financial platform, Ferratum enables real-time credit scoring and instant consumer credit access, ensuring responsible and seamless banking.

We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Growth Manager for Germany. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growth and market development, capable of identifying opportunities and executing plans that deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, lead, and implement customer acquisition, marketing, and growth initiatives tailored to the German market. 
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies for product growth and market development. 
  • Leverage deep market insights to position credit card and installment loan products effectively, addressing customer needs and preferences. 
  • Infuse local insights into marketing and product strategies to ensure market relevance. 
  • Manage the channel mix and marketing budget with effective planning and control. 
  • Monitor and optimize key marketing KPIs, taking proactive measures to meet targets. 
  • Track and analyze ROMI metrics to assess marketing effectiveness. 
  • Identify and cultivate key partnerships to drive profitable, meaningful collaborations. 
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback. 
  • Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and IT teams to drive product development and explore new business opportunities. 
  • Target and acquire the right customer segments for sustained growth. 
  • Plan and execute acquisition and retention marketing programs across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners (affiliates, brokers, SEM, SEO, Social, VOD). 
  • Manage communication with customers through marketing automation, CRM, and PR. 
  • Continuously monitor the performance of partnerships and brokers to ensure optimal results. 
  • Uphold and strengthen the global brand image within Germany and its covered markets. 
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance onboarding processes. 
  • Actively participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 


 
Expected Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in German with strong proficiency in English for both written and spoken communication. 
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in business development and commercial marketing, ideally in FinTech, financial institutions, banking, or insurance sectors. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of German market dynamics and regulatory requirements for banking and digital financial products. 
  • Strong customer focus, with a deep understanding of market needs and the ability to prioritize customer-centric activities. 
  • Proven ability to set clear targets and boundaries while driving successful execution. 
  • A curious mindset, with an active external network to promote products effectively. 
  • Expertise in tailoring credit products to meet market interests and needs. 
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through digital channels. 
  • Ability to spot opportunities where others see routine business.
