The Country Finance Head will oversee the financial operations of Chagee Indonesia. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the company's financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives in Indonesia.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of Indonesia's budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company targets.
Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, external auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
