We’re looking for a proactive and engagement-focused Contractor Relationship Manager to lead our Country Contractor Relationship Team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of RAC Roadside Services across Country WA maintaining exceptional safety, service and compliance standards while fostering engagement and continuous improvement across our contractor network.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a small team, ensuring they are empowered, engaged, and high performing.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with contractors across regional WA, ensuring alignment with RAC’s purpose, values and service standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement identifying opportunities to optimise performance, enhance member experience, and streamline operational processes.
- Oversee contractor performance through regular reviews, feedback, and coaching to maintain service excellence and compliance with contractual and safety frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, product, and strategy to deliver shared goals and embed new initiatives.
- Monitor business and financial performance, applying sound judgement to achieve operational and strategic outcomes.
