Created by the merger of CSC and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC Technology serves nearly 6,000 private and public sector clients across 70 countries.

About the role:

You will develop and execute communication strategies — including internal, external (primarily proactive earned media) and issues communications—that resonate across diverse cultural contexts while aligning to DXC’s corporate narrative and campaigns and meeting regulatory requirements. Acting as the primary link between global strategy and local execution, this role ensures messaging is consistent, culturally attuned and compliant across key country markets to help drive employee engagement, build and manage DXC’s reputation and ultimately support DXC’s growth objective in a specific country or group of countries. This role ensures clear, timely, and culturally relevant communication that aligns global objectives with local execution, reinforcing company values and supporting business continuity. It reports to Global Communications.

Develop and deliver country-specific announcements, policy updates, people manager business updates and organizational changes as required
  • External Communications – Proactive and reactive earned media engagement: Engage with global External Communications team to develop relevant press releases and other media materials that align to corporate narrative and campaign priorities. Build and execute a proactive earned media engagement strategy to ensure DXC is well covered in local media. Act to ensure incoming media queries are addressed and DXC is included in positive coverage
  • Issues Communications: Partner with the Global Issues Communications Lead to manage stakeholder communications during crises, coordinating with HR, Legal, Employment Law, Ethics & Compliance, DXC Resiliency, business leaders and other stakeholders as needed to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination and compliance with local laws and regulations. Member of local Crisis Management Teams (CMT)
  • Executive Communications support: Collaborate with local leaders on a range of external communications initiatives including media interviews, local events and thought leadership
  • Localized Messaging: Adapt global communications for local language and cultural context. Manage messaging related to Works Councils, unions and regulatory requirements while ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Translation: Translate global internal and external communications including press releases, media talking points, social media posts, thought leadership articles etc. into local languages and local content into English for approvals

DXC Technology Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about DXC Technology and has not been reviewed or approved by DXC Technology.

  • Healthcare Strength — Health coverage includes multiple national carrier options and plan types, with HSA eligibility where applicable. Feedback suggests the medical, dental, and vision lineup is broad and comparable to large-firm offerings.
