Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated Country Commercial Head to join our Latin America Commercial team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing regional Profit and Loss (P&L), accelerating revenue growth, and steering the business development strategy to drive our digital transformation.
You will lead a dynamic commercial organization of 60 professionals, including Senior Commercial Leaders and the Quality & Inside Sales Leader. Working closely with cross-functional leaders, your team is tasked with transforming how the world's leading organizations activate their most valuable data.
In this role, you will:
Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the transition from traditional physical document management to a digital-first approach, acting as a strategic advisor for customers managing unstructured data.
Financial & Revenue Management: Drive top-line revenue growth and manage the entire Profit and Loss (P&L) to ensure continued profitability.
Cultural Change Management: Act as a change agent to promote an agile, growth-oriented culture focused on digital adoption and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Navigate a matrix organization to build strong, influential relationships with Operations, Finance, Customer Care, Pre-Sales, Information Technology (IT), and Human Resources (HR).
Team Development: Engage, inspire, and lead a diverse team, identifying high-potential talent and fostering a service-oriented, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) mindset.
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and a strong commercial background.
Strong knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) management, with General Management experience highly preferred.
A strategic yet hands-on approach, balancing corporate structures with an entrepreneurial "construction mindset."
Strong academic background with graduate studies in Business or Engineering (a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or postgraduate degree is highly desirable).
Fluency in English (proficiency in Spanish is a strong differentiator).
Openness to global mobility and relocating to other countries for future career development.
