The Role
ROLE SUMMARY
Country Brand Lead is Responsible for planning, leading, and controlling the development of marketing strategies and objectives relating to the category in Saudi market, as well as identifying market opportunities, actions intended for increasing market share, management and innovation pipeline, and also ensure maximization of financial and human resources available according to the company's global directives. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy
  • Leverage tools and levers to gain a deeper understanding of customer experience to inform strategic approach
  • Adapt and tailor competitive positioning and messaging/creative to Saudi market
  • Demonstrate deep marketing expertise and critical thinking to challenge status quo
  • Customize customer journeys to Saudi market and identify key influence points in end-to-end customer experience
  • Prioritize marketing efforts to maximize commercial return by segment / microsegment

Marketing Execution
  • Assess priority channels by audience and activate through content / messaging
  • Design strong creative briefs that inform creative development and media execution
  • Define and proactively optimize the marketing mix across paid, owned and earned channels frequently / regularly to incorporate real-time insights, where applicable
  • Use agile marketing methods to test and execute content
  • Develop marketing plans and content that deliver high-performing campaign results

Marketing Measurement
  • Understand how to leverage advanced analytics and digital tools in the local market context to proactively drive higher marketing performance
  • Use data to guide marketing strategies, resource allocation, and investment decisions
  • Identify trends and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Understand marketing KPI measurement and attribution across channels
  • Leverage new technology and data to further improve marketing measurement, performance and end-to-end customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10 years of commercial experience in Pharma Industry
  • Experience in Saudi is a Plus
  • Marketing or relevant function experience within the industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English
