The pay range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000/year
We are seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.
In this role, you will:
- Conducts all-source analysis across the functions of CI by using information and intelligence from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and leads
- Assess, interpret, forecast, and provide warning of foreign intelligence services' intent and capability to target U..S. interests
- Collaborate with community analysts and coordinate CI analytical products for quality-of-analysis evaluation and peer review in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) processes
- Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
- Graduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military Service equivalent.
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master's degree.
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Support to CI risk assessments, supply chain risk assessments, CI support to Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA), or analytical support to one or more of the following CI functions: collection, functional services, investigations, and operations.

Skills Required
- Graduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military service equivalent.
- Master's degree in a related area, or Bachelor's degree plus an additional 5 years (total 17 years) as a substitute for the Master's.
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (Poly) required.
- Experience supporting CI risk assessments, supply chain risk, CI support to RDA, or analytical support to CI collection, investigations, or operations.
