We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Home Care & Hospice team. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding opportunity to provide physical therapy for a broad range of patients, then look no further.

A Certified Occupational
Therapy Assistant (COTA) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Clinical Manager/Therapy Supervisor.

  • Candidate must understand federal, state and local healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Candidate must possess current state licensure and CPR certification.
  • Candidate must possess a basic understanding of technology including the operation of tablets and computer applications.
  • Candidate must be able to pass background check
