Position Summary:
Support OTs in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. Use AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction.
Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.
Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Skills Required
- Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OTA program
- One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting
- Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment
